We welcome you to join us for dinner as we roast a whole canna-pig and pay communal homage to the Afro-Latinx cuisines, cannabis lineage, and the immigrants of the Caribbean in our industry.

Many of our friends in the restaurant and hospitality industry come from El Caribe and they bring their hope, their hard work ethic, and their food. And on many occasions we broke bread and shared our weed with one another. This series of “Sabóres Del Caribe” recognizes regional culture, cuisine, and cannabis of the Caribbean led by Chef Jamie of Cuba 312 and Chef Manuel of Herbal Notes. A percentage of proceeds will go to All Hands All Hearts Structural Relief Fund for Puerto Rico.

Herbal Notes is a communal dinner experience centered around culinary exploration and genuine relationships, both new and old.

Our mission is to cultivate awareness of the healing power that comes from combining community, food, music and cannabis.

We create beautiful and educational experiences where all people can find common ground and engage in a shared, meaningful dialogue surrounding topics that affect the community - from cannabis reform and equality to urban gardening, food sustainability and agriculture.
